Free MMO Shooters are a great relief from repetitive Free MMORPGs. A few years ago, some developers threw in some good TPS and FPS. A few of them were based on World War II tank warfare. We must admit that there were some excellent games. However, it is pretty heart breaking to see that those games have failed to stand the test of time. While decade old RPGs are still going strong, most of the tan... more.

Finally, it is good to see something fresh coming from the Asian market. Most of the Asian Free MMOs we saw during the past few months merge something new with the typical RPG format. One formula which is probably working the best is adding action game elements in the gameplay. While we are pretty sure that the market is soon going to be saturated with such games, only the first ones are going to ... more.

The number of Free MMOs we see being launched and released every month should make any gamer the happiest person on earth. Much to our disappointment, a huge majority of gamers still remain loyal fans of the decade old classic titles. We don’t blame these users for their static taste and preferences. The problem is, most MMOs, specifically the FTPs, failed to offer a solid reason to walk away fr... more.

War Inc, a free to play shooter mmo, has reminded us of how we never get tired of talking about how premium going free makes us feel. It is actually quite satisfying to know that you won’t have to spend a penny on what many would have spent a fortune on. Since the big decision was taken by many other of the industry giants, many have followed in their footsteps. It has become a norm for every po... more.

It always seemed pretty weird to us why the Free MMOs from eastern countries including Korea and China are based on western mythologies and medieval times, even when they are not planned for European or American launch. However, with Metin2, the Chinese based company Ymir Entertainment proves that they can do much better a job while sticking to their very own Asian theme. So, if you are also looki... more.

The appeal of character–based action games is undying. Combining it with the excitement and possibilities offered by Free MMO amplifies the fun to the next level. However, we don’t see many games like these. Probably it is because the amount of hard work and effort required in every single aspect of such games. Yet, Stairway Games dared to go that path anyway. So they developed ‘Rusty Hearts... more.

Honestly speaking, when we first heard about the Free MMORPG ‘Lucent Heart’, we thought of a back-story about some dragon’s heart full of wrath and revenge, which has apparently set the whole world on fire, leaving poor inhabitants in a state of violence and destruction. And as a player you have to slash and grind your way to that heart to either destroy it or deliver it to the right hands. ... more.

Ever since DotA has popularized the team based arena gameplay, millions of clones have arrived. The free MMO realm of MOBA style games is starting to pick up steam. Many were impressive and many failed to impress as much, but what we were really waiting for is a game that could now take the genre to the next level. In terms of free to play, if there is a game that we can credit for raising our... more.

No matter how great your favorite free to play might be, there comes a time when a player gets fed up of playing the same title again and again. This is what has or what eventually might happen to the legendary titles such as DoTA and League of Legends. Despite the effort of those marvelous games, players tend to get more inclined toward new titles rather than updates and patches. There may be ex... more.
